All contest are open to California residents over 18 years of age, except employees and the immediate families of X103.9 KCXX FM, All Pro Broadcasting, and all other broadcasting companies doing business in Riverside and/or San Bernardino counties and all of their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, participating manufacturers and advertising agencies.

 

The determination of eligibility as well as the final outcome of the competition lies solely and exclusively with KCXX FM. Contest is subject to all federal, sate and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Contestants acknowledge that decisions regarding all issues related to the determination of eligibility of each contestant and/or contest entry lie solely and exclusively with KCXX FM.

 

To participate, you must submit an original video recording to the KCXX My Space account or to our studios. Contestants may submit as many videos as they like.

 

In regards to the video content, all videos are subject to review by KCXX before being accepted into the contest. All videos must include an X-103.9 logo. The SoBe logo CANNOT be used in any video. Videos with VIOLENT or SEXUALLY EXPLICIT material will not be accepted. Thrillicious videos should be of exciting activity like surfing, off-roading, skateboarding, etc. KCXX urges you not to do anything that may result in injury for the purpose of creating the video. KCXX is not responsible for any injuries incurred in the recording or production of a video. All videos submitted become the property of KCXX who reserves the right to cut, edit, reproduce, or alter in any way.

 

The KCXX general contest rule regarding repeat winners is that no person may win a prize or qualify for a drawing or contest within thirty (30) days of winning another contest or prize unless otherwise stated here. Listeners who have won other KCXX contests in the previous thirty days may participate in and win a contest only if this rule is specifically waived in the specific rules for that contest.

 

Generally, only one grand prize will be awarded per contest. The winner will receive the prize within ninety days after grand prize announcement is made. The odds of winning the contest will depend upon the total number of legitimate qualifiers. Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for any and all fees or taxes associated with receiving the prize.

 

By participation, entrants agree to these rules. Anyone disputing these rules may be disqualified from KCXX FM. KCXX reserves the right to change these rules at any time. In the event of a dispute, the decision of KCXX is final. Winner and other participants consent to the use of their name and/or voice and/or likeness for publicity purposes in connection with the contest without prior approval or compensation by KCXX. Winner agrees to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
